(cba gives the exeter museum, acc no.45/1927. As it is first mentioned in pps, it is probably correct. Yelverton is sited at sx5267, to which the axe is sited.(nmr, citing cba/pps).

A Neolithic greenstone axe was found near Buckland Abbey, ST7567 (sic) and is in Exeter City Museum, Acc No. 45/1967 (sic). (1)
The axe is a Group XVII epidiorite or greenstone axe, the source rock being near St Austell, Cornwall. Implement No.208. Found at Yelverton SX486 (sic). (2)
(Auth 2 gives the Exeter Museum, Acc No. 45/1927. As it is first mentioned in Auth 2a, it is probably corect. Yelverton is sited at SX5267, to which the axe is sited. (3)
