Blowing house leat survives from north-east corner of Badger's Holt grounds, almost to its source at SX67117394.

A leat was cut from the East Dart River to supply the Brimpts tin mine and it can be traced from Badger's Holt northwards almost to its start at the East Dart. An apparent reservoir is alongside the top section of the leat, the function of which is unclear. Possible remains of the headweir can be seen when the river levels are low.
