Summary

Motor transport shed. Construction: rendered 4.5 inch brick with piers at ten foot centres supporting corrugated asbestos sheeting. Four bays originally with timber doors opening out onto concrete hurters. Associated with motor transport vehicle yard and workshops.(buildings 113-115). This building would have been the only air ministry mt garage on a typical raf station and was associated with a detached office but this has been demolished. Function: for the garaging of motor transport vehicles. Steel doors have now replaced the original timber ones. The main structure appears to be in good condition. Current use unknown (francis).
