Summary

Squadron office. Construction: nissen buildings ltd - 24 feet span nissen hut - built of arch-shaped steel ribs ('t'-shaped in cross-section) positioned at six feet centres. Clad internally with plasterboard. Window cheeks fitted both sides, end walls of temporary brick construction. Function: building with central corridor consisting of two store rooms and seven offices for - administration officer, commanding officer, two clerks, station adjutant, defence officer, and warrant officer (figure 7). Building in excellent condition, now with modern side extension housing toilets. The original portion used as ude site office (francis).
