Summary
Site 4 (waaf communal) only standing building of this group is the guardhouse. Construction: rendered 4.5 inch brick walls with piers at ten feet centres supporting 28 feet span steel trusses carrying corrugated asbestos sheeting. In excellent condition, now used as highfield garage office and shop. Shown on air ministry site plan as a handcraft type hut.
