Summary
Site 6. One of three stanton type air-raid shelters. Construction: parabolic arched-shaped pre-cast concrete sections bolted together forming a shelter large enough for either 25 or 50 people. Emergency escape hatch at one end and the opposite end with brick lined entrance. The whole concrete structure covered with earth for extra protection. Appears to be in good condition.
