Full description
92SW, Untitled Source (Report - Survey). SDV293468.
Vis=10/2/1997 (ea) a track is shown on the tithe map running n from thornton cottages alongside a field boundary and stopping at the ne corner of a field at sx91788390. The s half of the track appears as a slight terrace against the hedgebank which peters out just s of the small quarry at the e end of long copse. There is no trace of the track at its n end. Only the s end of the track is shown on the 1st ed.6" os map 1890 (92sw) (ea).
