Slight banks and ditches are visible as earthworks and cropmarks on aerial photographs of 1979 and 2016 to the east of Home Farm, Mamhead. The visible cropmarks and earthworks are aligned roughly north to south and measure up to circa 93 metres long and between 4 and 8 metres wide. They do not correspond with any boundaries depicted on the Tithe Map for Mamhead, plot 154 being listed as an orchard, but are in keeping with the character of the surrounding field pattern. The visible earthworks and cropmarks are interpreted as former field boundaries of possible post medieval date, that were cleared prior to the mid-19th century.
