Round cairn forming part of a dispersed group of funerary monuments. Survives as 3.3 metres diameter and 0.5 metres high mound.

Great Gnats' Head cairn '3' at SX61286805 of 3.0 metres diameter by 0.3 metres high retains a good bowl shape and is probably intact.
