Site visted on 10th May1977. This is a difficult hut circle to find and is very low and fragmentary, about 7 metres diameter and with walls 0.3 metres high. There is a possible entrance on the south side.

Field Investigation on 21st December 1977. At SX 66896299, on the east slopes of Old Hill at 285 metres OD is a Type 1 hut circle, 4.5 metres in diameter internally, with walling 1.3 metres thick and 0. 5metres high and a southwest entrance. At SX 66886300 and SX 66866303 are two circular platforms, the former being attached to the hut circle. Both are 2.0 metres in internal diameter but exhibit no stonework.
