A ditched enclosure is visible on aerial photographs of 1995 to 2018. The ditch cropmarks are approximately 1-2m wide, defining an irregularly shaped enclosed area 22m by 35m in size. A gap over 5m wide at the eastern end of the enclosure might be evidence of an entrance. The enclosure is interpreted as probably of probable later prehistoric to Roman date.
A V-shaped cropmark of a ditch circa 100m long appears to be aligned on the possible entrance, but it is unclear if this is associated with the enclosure or represents a separate phase of activity. This linear feature is recorded separately.
A second slightly larger enclosure visible as a cropmark circa 30m to the east is recorded separately (MDV124806 ).
