Full description

APH, Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV120173.

Sub-rectangular single ditched enclosure c.40m x 30m. Adjacent linear marks. Recorded from the air as a cropmark by f. Griffith in 1995 (aph).

Vis=29/10/1995 (robinson) site lies on low ground in the otter valley. No visible traces. Linear marks may be field drains (dprfp).

Sub-rectangular single-ditched enclosure circa 40 metres by 30 metres, and adjacent linear marks, recorded from the air as a cropmark in 1995. The linear marks may represent field drains. The enclosure lies less than 100 metres outside the eastern boundary of the survey area.; the linear features are much closer to the boundary. A flint flake was found immediately to the south of the enclosure at grid reference SY 0702 9185. The site was not visited during the field survey.
