Ashbrook, K., 1977, Hut circle on Treeland Doiwns (Report - Survey). SDV168677.

(07/06/1977) Hut circle situated on Treeland Downs, close to the south east boundary wall of the newtake to the east of Corringdon Ball Gate / Ash Ridge track, and adjacent to the open moor. This monument is in serious danger because a stone row in this newtake has already been taken and destroyed by the farmer. The hut circle needs clearing of vegetation and it must be scheduled to ensure that it is safely guarded.

(05/07/1979) No hut circle was found in the vicinity of the NGR quoted, though the area is bracken-covered. The air photograph is not held by the S & M Register.
