Full description

Visited on 7th April 1997. A hut circle forming part of a hut settlement at the northern tip of Langridge of 4.8 metres diameter with walls 1.4 metres wide by 0.75 metres Door to south-east, 1.15 metres wide, faced on both sides. Grass and rushes.

Hut circle '1' at 'Shovel Down North-west corner settlement' is approached via a passageway which seems to continue towards the three huts near the centre of the compound.
