Full description
Greeves, T. A. P., 1996, Untitled Source (Worksheet). SDV346262.
Site visited on 14th July 1996. Barrow with an external diameter of circa 20 metres by a maximum of 0.3 metres high. Flat-topped barrow (though possibly originally a ring bank) circa 50 metres north-north-west of the centre of Broad Barrow on the Manaton/Widecombe parish boundary. The main north to south ridge path runs right over it and is eroding the top surface of the barrow where bare peat is visible. The barrow is under heather. It is a very subtle feature and difficult to notice.
