Vis 10/7/1997 (mpp) linear set of fishponds c.550m s of the farm. Divided into 2 unequal parts by an earthen dam. Almost certainly originally of the monastic period.

Salvatore, J. P., Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV71756.

Owner says they were virtually without water and heavily overgrown when they were scoured out in the 1970s at the same time as a new sluice was introduced. The dam separating the 2 ponds was also altered and added to at the same time. A small and undated piece of ruined walling stands close to where the new sluice was constructed. Not recommended for scheduling (salvatore).
