Three sides of a rectangular field are shown to the west on 19th century map.

Field boundary shown on the north side of Cairn '1' at 'Red Barrows' in Soussons Plantation. A slight bank with the suggestion of a ditch alongside running to the base of the uphill edge of tha cairn. This may be a prehistoric reave, the only one found on Soussons Down, as the orientation differs about 10 degrees on either side of the barrow and so was probably aligned on it.
