(02/04/1997) SX 6700 8639 A stone hut circle forming part of a prehistoric settlement within the Kestor coaxial field system. Diameter 9.3 metres. Single orthostat wall 2 metres wide, 1.4 metres high. Internal area 67.89 square metres. Door faces 133 degrees and is faced on south-west by a large edge set orthostat standing 1.3 metres high. The east wall has been robbed but a 1.5 metres high scarp indicates its position. Large holly tree on north-western wall. Grass and bracken inside with brambles on the walls hawthorn and other trees are growing adjacent to the door.
