Full description
Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.
Comparison between the 1880s-1890s and modern 25 inch Ordnance Survey maps shows that the course of the Aller Brook has been straightened where it forms the north-eastern boundary of the grounds; its former route is followed by that of the curving trackway in this corner of the grounds. Also the southern edge of the grounds has been lost to road widening.
