Full description

(15/06/1998) SX 6213 8903 Stone hut circle forming part of the partially enclosed settlement on the north-east slope of Steeperton Tor. Diameter measures 5.1m. Single orthostat and earthwork wall 1.2m wide, 0.4m high. A 110 degree facing gap may represent a doorway. Butted by enclosure wall. Grass, heather and bilberry.
