Full description

(15/06/1998) SX 6217 8905 Stone hut circle forming part of the partially enclosed settlement on the north-east slope of Steeperton Tor. Diameter measures 4.8m. Single orthostat wall 0.9m wide, 0.5m high. Door faces 95 degrees and is lined on both sides, although the southern jamb is leaning at 45 degrees into the passage. Grass, heather, bilberry.
