Gerrard, S., 1990-2002, Monument Protection Programme. Archaeological Item Dataset., MPP 149259 (Report - Survey). SDV277946.

Site visited on 4th February 1998. Cairn lying between two enclosures in a partially enclosed stone hut circle settlement on the east slope of Oke Tor.

Historic England, 2020, National Heritage List for England, 1016640 (National Heritage List for England). SDV363414.

The monument, which falls into eight areas, includes two partially enclosed stone hut circle settlements and a round cairn situated on the eastern slope of Oke Tor overlooking the valley of the River Taw. Lying midway between two settlements is a 4.9 metre diameter flat topped cairn standing up to 0.7 metres high. A kerb formed by at least eight edge set stones surrounds the mound, which does not appear to have been investigated by antiquarians.
