At 'O' (SX 69107904) is a roughly circular platform that may have been a dwelling of some kind. A 'protected passage-way' leads to it, which some people think is a tin-working. The platform is not 'protected' on the west side, where it leads on to the three terraces.

(15/06/1990) SX 6910 7904: on the W bank of the West Webburn River an alleged house platform (Shorter, 1938) is a small tinners' exploration.
It is a tongue-shaped excavation open to the SE, aligned NW to SE and cut back horizontally into the hillslope foot from the valley floor. A flat base 8.7m long and 2m wide leads to steep sides and back 1.1-1.6m deep. There are small spoil scatters and mounds around the outside, comprising small stones typical of streamworking debris: the feature is not a house platform. The 'protected way' described by Shorter (1938) leading from it to the SW is formed in part from streamworking channels/linear mounds and also from the southernmost boundary of field system SX 67 NE 111, so it is not a 'way' at all.
