Summary

Hut circle forming part of a prehistoric settlement 1030m east of the Thirlstone. Diameter measures 5.9m. Internal area 27.32m. Rubble wall 1.2m wide, 0.4m high. A 134 degree facing gap partially filled with a collapsed orthostat may represent the site of a doorway. The orthostat has probably slipped into the passage from the south-western side of the door. Gorse, grass and heather.
