SX 6785 Slotted and holed stone gatepost beside the Mariners Way at Yardworthy. Since it stands erect, its last use was as a slotted stone.

(09/01/1990) Thirty six slotted gate-posts including two re-used holed-stone gate-hangers occur in the in-bye of Yardworthy Farm.
Seventeen of the posts have rectangular slots (Type R on the accompanying tabulation), sixteen have inverted L-shaped slots (Type L), two posts have U-shaped slots (Type A) and one possesses four recessed slots on one edge (Type E).
