Greeves, T. A. P., 1990, An Assessment of Dartmoor Tinworking, 25 (Report - Assessment). SDV343684.

Horsham / Foxworthy. Massive excavation, of considerable significance, running parallel to the west bank of River Bovey.


Natural England Volunteers, 2009-2015, Natural England Volunteer Archaeological Survey, A1a-b, C1 (Worksheet). SDV350591.

Site visit 23rd April 2010. Long gully, now overgrown, through Neadon Cleave , to east of modern footpath. The gully varies in width and depth but is up to 8 metres wide and over 6 metres deep, the section at SX75728198 being particularly deep. There is also evidence for a leat branching off from the main channel at SX75768195 which possible pre-dates the main workings.
