(20/03/1998) Crater within a prehistoric settlement 460m north-east of Rough Tor. SX 6087 8023 A 3m by 2.5m pit orientated at 275 degrees and up to 0.5m deep lies 7m south-east of hut SX68SW/8/2. This pit is probably a shell crater resulting from military activity.
