Site of a mill at 'Wheal Florence / Whiteworks' which had a 20 foot (6.1 metres) waterwheel in 1846. Other details: Number 62.

No evidence survives for the pumping wheelpit and stamping mill mentioned by Hamilton Jenkin. A reservoir may have served the waterwheels.
