Forms part of Legistor Warren. Survives as a 15.3m long, 6.7m wide, 1.2m high and is surrounded by a 2m wide and 0.5m deep ditch. A 2m long shallow gully leads east from the mound to the edge of the river scarp.

(22/02/1993) One of seven pillow mounds within an enclosure forming part of Legis Tor Warren.
Pillow mound F is 15.3m long, 6.7m wide, 1.2m high and is surrounded by a 2m wide and 0.5m deep ditch. A 2m long shallow gully leads east from the mound to the edge of the river scarp.

(Ancient Monuments, 1999) Pillow mound 630m north-east of Legis Tor forming part of Willings Walls Warren.
Survives as a 20m long, 6m wide and 1.1m high flat-topped, rectangular mound of soil and stone surrounded by a 2m wide and 0.4m deep ditch. A 6m long, 1m wide and 0.1m deep narrow gully leads south-west from the lower end of the ditch.
This pillow mound lies on top of earlier alluvial tin streamworking earthworks and is therefore more recent that the last phase of tin exploitation in this part of the Plym.
The streamwork earthworks adjacent to the monument are not included in the scheduling, but those below the mound, ditch and gully are included.
