Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Small building shown on east side of road.

A tollgate was built in 1758 between Colebrooke Lane and Brooke Water, and a tollhouse was later built opposite the Bell Inn, just south of Brook Road. It had completely been removed by 1889.
