Full description

The slightly undulating boundary separated the Clare portion of Tiverton parish from the All Fours portion. It also separated Pale Barton tenement from Castle Barton and the field of Middle Ham' from Inner Marsh and Western Marsh. It may represent an earlier course of the river which served as a natural boundary in the past.
