Full description
Fewins, C., 2001, Tunnel Vision, 18 (Article in Serial). SDV59003.
3 large cellars c6m deep extending beneath most of 'Rock House'. Worn steps suggest the cellars are older than the c1809 house which may have been built on earlier foundations. A tunnel runs c30m towards the disused 'Grand Western Canal' which forms the southern boundary of the property. There is suggestion of an association with the medieval priory (see PRN 1494).
