Small building marked on plot 710.

Small building shown on the south side of the road to the south-east of North House.

Possible site of a toll gate. In May 1767 the Tiverton Turnpike Trust ordered a gate or chain to be erected near a cottage called 'Norths House' .

The Tithe Apportionment lists Turnpike Gate House. Historic maps show a building extending into the highway which may be the site of the house and gate.
