Visited in April 2000. Mill retains its machinery with three pairs of stones formerly driven by an overshot waterwheel through spur gearing. Also crown wheel with belt drives to sack hoist etc. Waterwheel, of wood and iron, in collapsed state. Inscribed 'BODLEY EXETER 1873'. Mill last worked in 1936.

Ordnance Survey, 2007, MasterMap (Cartographic). SDV337643.

Watts, S., 2007, Mullybrook Mill (Personal Comment). SDV337897.

According to the present owners, the previous owners removed most of the machinery when the mill was converted to holiday accommodation.

The majority of the mill machinery is apparently in tact and according to a mill expert, is in gear and would likely work.
