Single building shown on Tithe Map. Plot 997: Coxlake 'House in ruins, and Wall Park', owned by Thomas Hannaford, occupied by Robert French.

Single east-west aligned rectangular building shown on the late 19th century historic map (as on the Tithe Map), attached to the western boundary of the homestead.

Cocks Lake (SX654743); Building 90 feet by 15 feet including small dwelling on the south side, showing remains of a doorway and two windows; very overgrown by thorn thicket with two small enclosures in newtake (citing Burnard, p. 45).
