Full description
Walker, P. + Ogden, R. B., 1995, Bee Boles and Other Bee Keeping Structures in Devon, 108-9, 118 (Article in Serial). SDV2631.
Three bee boles found in a stone wall of the cider house. The wall bears the date 1853 but other evidence suggests that it was built in the 17th century. International Bee Research Association No.682.

The rear wall of the cider house contains a bee bole, others have been knocked out to make C20 windows in that side.
