Full description

Bee boles recorded at St George's House. Along two walls within a stone outbuilding are 19 recesses, presumed to be for winter storage. Made of brick, some are rectangular in shape and others have a pointed arch. They are 10-12 inches wide and deep. International Bee Research Association No. 1107.
