Correspondence regarding a dutch hay barn at Smythapark. The barns in the farmyard have been converted into five dwellings and in March 2001 an aplication was made to demolish an agricultural building behind the north west corner of the farmyard. This is a stone dutch hay barn of which only one other is known in Devon. It was not included in the original conversion.
