Phase three of the development of the site at the former South West Water depot at The Quay in Kingsbridge involves the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of two new buildings. The three storey warehouse of coursed rubble with brick dressings was built in the 19th century and extended between 1884 and 1905. Other details: Figure 2, site 1.
