Phase three of the development of the site at the former South West Water depot at The Quay in Kingsbridge involves the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of two new buildings. The single storey rectangular building, of coursed rubble with a hipped slate roof, appears on John Wood's plan of 1841. Later maps indicate an extension to the south resulted in a square building, separated from the house and perhaps owned in common with the adjoining property to the north.
