Dobinson, C. S., 1996, Anti-aircraft artillery, 1914-46, 769 (Monograph). SDV323690.

Site of World War II light anti-aicraft battery. One 40mm gun recorded between January 1943 and March 1944. Other details: AAI.


Horner, W., 2001, Anti-aircraft Battery (Personal Comment). SDV336281.

Site visit by Gatehouse, Simpson and Horner. No sign of anti aircraft position, although it may have been sited in a small (?) former quarry beside the track to the southwest of the above NGR.
