Oxford Archaeotechnics Ltd, 1999, Land at Charlestown Barton Farm, Charles, Brayford, Devon: Magnetometer (Gradiometer) Survey, 6; Figures 5, 8 (Report - Geophysical Survey). SDV356395.

Gradiometer survey identified a small curving anomaly (former ditch), perhaps 1 metre in width, crossing the survey grid just north of the centreline, together with several extremely weak striations, probably agricultural in origin, and a few possible pit forms. It is possible that burnt deposits or in situ burning may be present within some of the possible intrusions.
