Full description

Manning, P. T., 1999, Archaeological Assessment of SWWSL Holcombe Sewage Transfer Scheme (Dawlish), 3 (Report - Assessment). SDV336359.

The 'Smugglers Inn' public house is shown on the OS 25" (1890) map as the 'Country House'. The 1839-1840 Tithe Map Apportionment lists the property at this location as 'house + garden'.
