Full description
National Trust, 2000, Killerton Estate Archaeological Survey. Part 3. The Cottages and Broadclyst (Report - Survey). SDV128325.
The farmstead at Penstone includes a late 19th century cart shed and stable. Early 20th century brick farm buildings incorporate a dutch barn, granary and covered yard. The farmstead was converted to residential accommodation in the mid 1980s.
