NTSMR, Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV62568.

An 18c forester's cottage with original roof timbers surviving, interior altered but some features still extant. It is very isolated down a long track in an extremely attractive setting, just above a stream, tucked down in the valley. Single pile, two storey house with a slate, single ridge roof and gable ends. Two axial chimney stacks and regular fenestration. One and a half storey outshut to the rear, roofline not continuous, stack at east end. Two storey extension to e. Gabled front porch. Walls are rubble stone, renderd and cream-washed (ntsmr).
