A pump is indicated on the os (1890) 1:2500 map to east of the house (ea).

The 1890 Ordnance Survey map shows a pump at this location. While not shown on subsequent maps, it is still present, a product of Exeter's Garton and King foundry, although no longer functioning. Other details: Figure 1, site 11.
