Two small buildings off Jetty Marsh Lane are shown on 1880s-1890s 25 inch Ordnance Survey map.

1995, Jetty Marsh Link Road - Stage 2. Newton Abbot. Environmental Assessment Final Report (Report - Assessment). SDV319805.

Two small structures are shown on the 1890 Ordnance Survey map to the south-east of the cellar. They may have been destroyed by clay extraction. The site was destroyed during constuction of the Jetty Marsh Link Road in 1995.
