Exeter Archaeology, 2001, Archaeological Assessment of a Proposed Residential Development at New Road, Bideford, 4 (Report - Assessment). SDV13528.

Open-fronted structures lined the west and south sides of the area to the south of the covered yard by 1946. The only structure remaining in 2001 was a 1.5 metre high concrete ramp.
