Full description

Dyer, M. J., 2002, Greenway, Galmpton: Archaeological and Historic Landscape Survey: Part 2, 74 (Report - Survey). SDV169255.

Originally a simple rectangular building set within an enclosure in Hare Wood to the North of Greenway Road. Built by Richard Harvey. Harvey spent £1000 on the 'model farm' at Lower Greenway and the Laundry building 'which was his fancy'. Access for Greenway house was via Laundry Drive. No longer part of the estate and has been extended and much altered to form 'Hunterswood' a private house. Date of sale unknown.
