Summary

Vis=22/1/1976 (ancient monuments) hut circles west of higher shapley. Two hut circles, the northern most is 9.14m in diameter with walls of large uprights lining an overgrown outer tumble wall of smaller fill stones. The southern hut circle is similar, about 8.69m in diameter. Vis=28/8/1952 (os) these are in good condition and well defined. Vis=14/6/1983 (robinson)fmw visit. Vis=visible and recorded (rchm app 1985). Vis=13/7/1990 (rchme) see sx68se/61 (probert).
